Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours during our standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after hours or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Seal House USA containing your invoice and order details.

Shipping & Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email from our shipping provider that includes tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.

Shipping on average takes 3–5 business days. Orders shipping to the Pacific Northwest may experience an additional 1-day delay.
