    Single Spring Mechanical Seal 205c | PS-205 Equivalent

    Equal to industry standard number 205 / PS-205

    Typical applications: Centrifugal pumps, mixers, and other rotating equipment.

    Key specs: Shaft size: 1-3/4″ single spring seal • Seat: 2.500″ x .500″ • Rotary OD: 2.402″ • Working length: 2.000″

    Design & construction:
    Crimped rotary head (Type N-22)—equivalent to Pac-Seal T-21 (long working length) and Burgmann MG9, can replace seal type E & 1 seal heads. Electro-polished 304 stainless steel metal parts. Elastomeric bellows. Non-directional (independent of shaft rotation).

    T-N11/N22 Seal Heads

    Our T-N11/N22 type seal heads are designed with a reduced outer diameter, making them fully compatible with ANSI seal chamber dimensions. The rotary portion of our seal is typically smaller than the stationary seat, and can fit straight box bores where many other seals cannot.

    These seals are direct replacements for industry-standard T-E / 1 heads as well as C / 21 models.

    Note: The N11/N22 seal designs max shaft size is 2.25″. For larger shafts, please refer to our other seal types.
