These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sealhouseusa.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Seal House USA (“Seal House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the security or proper operation of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

2. Product Information, OEM Names & Cross-Reference

We sell mechanical seals, bushings, and related components, many of which are replacements or equivalents for OEM parts.

Manufacturer names, OEM part numbers, model numbers, and descriptions are provided strictly for identification and cross-reference purposes only.
It is not implied that any part is manufactured by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the OEM unless clearly stated.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product data and cross-references accurate, but you are responsible for confirming fitment, including:

shaft size
seal type and dimensions
material compatibility
OEM reference numbers

Some items are supplied in upgraded materials (for example, SiC/SiC/Viton® in place of Carbon/SiC/Viton). We describe these upgrades in the product content. You are responsible for confirming that these materials are suitable for your specific service conditions.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide (including billing and shipping details) is true and complete.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error occurs, we may cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even if your payment has been authorized. If this happens, we’ll refund any amount you’ve already paid.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected method for the full order total, including products, shipping, and applicable taxes.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact the carrier first, then contact us so we can assist where possible.

5. Returns, Refunds & Restocking

Our Return & Refund Policy (posted separately on the Site) is incorporated into these Terms by reference. See full Refund/Returns Policy.

In general (the full policy controls):

Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Certain items (such as oil/grease seals, and special-order items) are non-returnable.
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), you are responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method (or as an account credit for Net terms customers) after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If there is any conflict between this summary and the posted Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy will control.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Except where explicitly stated in writing on a product page:

Products are sold “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not make any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Selection, installation, and operating conditions are outside our control. You are responsible for:

choosing appropriate products for your equipment and application,
ensuring proper installation by qualified personnel, and
operating equipment within recommended parameters.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Seal House USA, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost production, downtime, or damage to other equipment or property, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to any product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages or limitations on implied warranties; in those cases, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seal House USA and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

your use of the Site or products,
your breach of these Terms, or
your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Seal House USA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site and its content only for your own internal business or personal use in connection with purchasing products from us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing those sites is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Site.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
