Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours during our business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after hours or over the weekend are processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from Seal House USA with your invoice and order details.
Shipping & Tracking
After shipment, you’ll receive tracking information via email from both Seal House USA and the carrier so you can monitor delivery status in real time.

Delivery Timeframes
- UPS Flat Rate Shipping: typically 3–5 business days depending on location
- We also offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air

Delivery Restrictions
Our carrier, UPS, does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure your order can be delivered without delay.
