Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours during our standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after hours or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Seal House USA containing your invoice and order details.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from Seal House USA that includes your invoice and tracking information. You will also receive a separate email from our shipping carrier with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.
