At Seal House USA, we are committed to fast, reliable order processing and delivery across the United States.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours during our business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after hours or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from Seal House USA with your invoice and order details.

Shipping & Tracking

After shipment, you’ll receive tracking information via email from both Seal House USA and the carrier so you can monitor delivery status in real time.

Delivery Timeframes

• UPS Flat Rate Shipping: typically 3–5 business days depending on location
• We also offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air

Local Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order in person? Customers may choose to collect their order at our Delray Beach warehouse at no shipping charge, rather than having it delivered. Shipping charges apply only when you choose to have your order delivered.

Delivery Restrictions

Our carrier, UPS, does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure your order can be delivered without delay.
