Refund/Returns Policy

1) Overview

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (see conditions below) . If we made a mistake (wrong or defective item), we’ll pay for return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs is the customer’s responsibility.

2) Return Window
  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
3) Eligibility & Condition
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging with all accessories/parts.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Kits: must be returned complete—no partial kit returns or partial refunds.
4) Non-Returnable Items
  • Oil/grease seals
  • Special-order items (non-stock/custom)

If a non-returnable item is sent back, we’ll hold it 10 business days so you can arrange return shipping at your cost.

5) Restocking Fee
  • A restocking fee of 15% or $15 (whichever is greater) applies to returns not due to defect or our fulfillment error.
  • No restocking fee if we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.
6) Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is not our error, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return freight (with approval).
7) How to Start a Return (RMA)
  1. Contact us first with your order number, part number(s), and reason for return (phone, email, or via the Contact page).
  2. We’ll send RMA instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
  3. Pack items securely; we aren’t responsible for damage/loss in transit.

8) Refunds & Timing
  • Credit card orders: once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are typically issued within 24 hours to the original payment method.
  • Banks/card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
  • If an item shows use, missing parts, or damage, we may decline the return or adjust the refund.
9) Exchanges & Replacements
  • For fastest service, place a new order for the replacement and return the original under this policy.
10) Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us promptly (ideally within 5 business days) if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
11) Exceptions & Rights
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
  • This policy doesn’t limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
