    Bell & Gossett Series 80/1531 Pump Repair Kit (5021 Kit) — Mechanical Seal 186543, Sleeve 185021LF, Gaskets P57700/P48690/P80765

    This direct-fit pump repair kit is engineered for Bell & Gossett Series 80 and 1531 pumps with 1-5/8″ (1.625″) shafts. It contains all critical wear parts for a thorough rebuild—ideal for stopping leaks and restoring performance on larger pumps (motor frames 213JP and up). Components match OEM dimensions for faster, cleaner installation.

    What’s included:

    • Mechanical seal 186543 – Buna elastomer with a carbon face and ceramic seat.

    • Bronze shaft sleeve 185021LF – Protects the shaft from wear (stainless steel sleeve 185022 available as an alternate).

    • Buna slinger P53720 – Prevents water from damaging the bearing assembly.

    • Gaskets P57700, P48690 & P80765 – NBR/aramid fiber gaskets sized for Series 80 and 1531 housings.

    • All parts are manufactured to fit motor frames 213JP and larger and are suitable for Series 80 & 1531 pumps.

    Fitment notes

    Designed for Bell & Gossett Series 80 and 1531 pumps using a 1-5/8 inch shaft. The same kit number (5021) is often listed for both lines because the pumps share a common housing.
