    Airtech Pump Repair Kit — Mechanical Seal + O-Rings

    Direct-fit aftermarket Airtech pump repair kit engineered to match OEM fit and service performance for popular Airtech 3AV series pumps. Each kit is built around an OEM-equivalent mechanical seal and the specified O-rings for that pump model (where noted, some O-rings are customer-supplied).

    Seal materials (standard build): Carbon/Viton faces with Buna-N O-rings (varies by model selection).

    • 3AV130 — Kit: ATSK-3AV130M/OM
      Includes Mechanical Seal #1047.0787 (43mm) + 258 × 2.5 mm O-ring. Notes: shares the same seal and O-ring layout with 3AV95 and 3AV155.

    • 3AV255 — Kit: ATSK-3AV255M/OM
      Includes Mechanical Seal #1047.0796 (60mm). Requires (2) customer-supplied 280 × 3 mm O-rings.

    • 3AV330 — Kit: ATSK-3AV330M/OM
      Includes Mechanical Seal #1047.0788 / #1047.0581 (70mm) + O-rings: (2) 300 × 3 mm, 62 × 2.5 mm, 12 × 2.5 mm.

    • 3AV430 — Kit: ATSK-3AV430M/OM
      Includes Mechanical Seal #1047.0788 / #1047.0581 (70mm). Requires (2) customer-supplied 330 × 3 mm O-rings and verification of O-ring dimensions from a customer sample.

    Waukesha, Alfa Laval & Tri-Clover 293 Sanitary Seal — 1-1/8″ (Food Grade, T-293)

    This 1-1/8″ 293 sanitary seal (T-293) is a direct-fit food-grade replacement for Waukesha, Alfa Laval, and Tri-Clover sanitary centrifugal pumps built on the 293 seal platform. It uses Carbon/Silicon Carbide faces and EPDM elastomers for food, dairy, beverage, and hygienic process service. Choose flush or non-flush, seal only or with the gasket-and-pin set for a full reseal.

    Choose Your Configuration

    • Type DG (flush) — Seal Only: the flush seal with seat included

    • Type DG (flush) — Seal + Gasket & Pin: adds the Buna housing gasket and impeller pin (model C214/C216).

    • Type D (non-flush) — Seal Only: the non-flush rotary seal.

    • Type D (non-flush) — Seal + Gasket & Pin: adds the Buna housing gasket and impeller pin (model C214/C216).
