    Mechanical Seal 1000CVSS — T-75 (5/8″)| PS-1000VSC

    Equal to industry standard 1000VSC / PS-1000VSC.
    Direct-fit T-75 single spring seal for pool/spa and small-pump applications—built for long life with hard faces and chemical-resistant elastomers.

    At-a-glance specs: 5/8″ shaft • 1.250″ × 0.406″ cup seat • Silicon Carbide / Silicon Carbide faces • Viton elastomers

    Fits: Pentair IntelliFlo®, WhisperFlo® and Ultra-Flo (071734S), the Polaris PB4-60 booster pump, Jandy, Sta-Rite and American Products Eagle and Maxim pool pumps, plus Astral Pool, Doughboy, Gecko and Acura spa systems. Pentair IntelliFloXF takes the PS-201; the Polaris PB4-60Q takes the PS-3890.

    Same seal, same size, same fit — what changes is the material and how it’s built. All five seals below are the PS-1000 for a 5/8″ shaft, and all five fit the same pumps. They differ in two ways. The build: a molded carbon face or a premium carbon face machined from solid stock. The materials: a ceramic or silicon carbide seat, and Nitrile or Viton rubber. Pick the one that suits your water.
