Direct-fit aftermarket repair kit for the Flygt BIBO BS 2201 dewatering pump, covering models 2201.010, 2201.011, 2201.080, 2201.320, 2201.430, 2201.480, 2201.590, 2201.690 and 2201.691. It replaces the primary sealing components serviced during routine maintenance and rebuilds. Flygt uses several different O-ring sets across this series, so the O-ring kit is sold as a matched option — pick the one for your build, or order the seal set alone.

Why 2201.320 appears twice: that build takes the nitrile set (80 32 57) below 40 °C and the fluorinated-rubber set (80 32 59) above it. If your liquid runs hot, order 80 32 59.

Nameplate markings you may see: BS 2201 or BIBO BS 2201, followed by a head class — LT (low head), MT (medium head), HT (high head) or SH (super high head) — and an impeller code such as 231, 233, 234, 251, 259, 276 or 409. HT builds come in open and closed impeller versions.

The Flygt BIBO BS 2201 is a large submersible dewatering pump at 30 to 37 kW, built to move water fast out of places that flood — construction excavations, tunnels and shafts, quarries and open-pit mines, cofferdams, and municipal stormwater and flood-response work. BIBO is Flygt’s dewatering line, and the 2201 sits near the top of it: a heavy, portable machine that runs in abrasive, gritty water full of sand, silt and suspended solids, often for weeks without being lifted. That duty is hard on seals — grit at the lower face, heat and continuous running hours at the upper — which is why these pumps get rebuilt on a schedule rather than on failure. This Flygt 2201 repair kit replaces the upper and lower mechanical seals, with the matched O-ring set for your build, so a scheduled rebuild puts the pump back to leak-free service in one pass.
