Flygt Plug-In 20mm Seal Kit — Double Cartridge Mechanical Seal (Replaces 769.94.30 / 7699430)

The Flygt plug-in 20 mm seal kit is a direct-fit aftermarket replacement pre-assembled double cartridge mechanical seal for Flygt/Xylem submersible pumps and mixers built on a 20 mm shaft, replacing OEM part 769.94.30 (7699430). The plug-in design holds the motor-side and liquid-side seals in a single aligned unit, which shortens rebuild time and delivers repeatable sealing performance compared with fitting loose component seals.

The Flygt 2610, 2620, 2630 and 2640 are 2600-series submersible dewatering and drainage pumps used on construction sites, in mining and quarrying, and in industrial and municipal service, available in medium head, high head and super head versions with wear-resistant or open impellers. The Flygt 4610 and 4620 are the smallest of the compact submersible mixer range, used in reception pits and small tanks. All of these share the 20 mm plug-in cartridge seal covered by this kit.

Build prefixes and head codes you may see on the nameplate: BS and KS (and DS on some builds), where B is a wear-resistant impeller and K is an open impeller; MT is medium head, HT is high head, and SH is super high head. All of these take the same 20 mm cartridge.
