Fits: Hayward TriStar®, EcoStar® and NorthStar® (SPX3200SA, SPX4000), Jandy, and Polaris PB4-60Q and PB4-60 booster pumps made from late 2011 on (P84-3, R0479400). Polaris PB4-60 pumps made before late 2011 take the PS-1000.

Same seal, same size, same fit — what changes is the rubber. Both seals below are the PS-3890 for a 5/8? shaft, with the same molded carbon face and ceramic seat, and both fit the same pumps. The only difference is the rubber: standard Nitrile or upgraded Viton. Pick the one that suits your water.
