Ebara SKDML Double Mechanical Seal (Step Shaft)

Ebara SKDML-series pump double mechanical seal designed for step shaft applications. This replacement seal is engineered to OEM specifications for a precise fit delivering the same fit and longevity as the original parts. Its dual-seal design (upper and lower seals) provides redundant leak protection, keeping fluid away from the motor and extending your pump’s service life.

• Direct-Fit OEM Quality: Manufactured to OEM-equivalent standards for seamless installation and operation. Ensures a leak-free seal and proper shaft compatibility on Ebara step-shaft pumps.

• Double Seal Protection: Dual-face mechanical seal (upper & lower) suited for stepped shafts (two different seal diameters).

• Premium Materials: Heavy-duty seal faces (Carbon, Ceramic, Silicon Carbide) and robust NBR elastomers offer excellent wear and chemical resistance. Stands up to sand, grit, and corrosive sewage for a long-lasting seal

Seal Options (by HP range): (Choose the correct seal size based on your pump’s HP rating.)

• 3–5 HP: Ebara 30/35 mm double seal – CAR/CER–SIC/SIC–NBR (carbon/ceramic primary faces, silicon carbide/silicon carbide secondary, NBR elastomer).

• 7.5–10 HP: Ebara 40/45 mm double seal – 260B/560D design, 70 mm lower seat, SC/SC–CAR/SC (silicon carbide vs silicon carbide, and carbon vs silicon carbide face combination).

• 15–30 HP: Ebara 45/50 mm double seal – CAR/CER–SC/SC configuration. Used in Ebara DML, FKDML, SKDML pump series for high-horsepower models.

Choose the appropriate seal option above to match your pump’s HP. Ebara’s DML/SKDML series pumps use different seal sizes for different HP ranges – 30/35 mm, 40/45 mm, and 45/50 mm assemblies cover 3 HP up to 30 HP models.

• Cross-Compatibility: Replaces HCP part # F21-0C045CS0001-0, which fits HCP AF series pumps like 100AFE415 / 150AFE415 and 100AFE422 / 150AFE422 (20–30 HP models). Also compatible with AFE-type pump series such as 100(150)AFE415 MIS/MS and 100(150)AFE422 MTS/MS. (In these model numbers, “AFE” denotes the series/type, the leading “4” indicates a 60?Hz unit, and the last two digits (e.g. 15, 22) represent the pump’s kW rating, which correlates to the required seal size)
