Hydromatic pump repair kits are complete seal and O-ring service kits for Hydromatic pumps — choose your exact pump model from the dropdown and you’ll get the right kit for that pump. Each kit includes two mechanical seals plus a full O-ring set, built to OEM-equivalent standards or higher for the same fit and reliability as the original.

Standard build: Carbon/Ceramic/Buna upper seal and SiC/SiC lower seal, with Buna (NBR) O-rings. Alternate face materials are available on request.

Model Notes:

• 40MP and 60MP kits are not for MMP, MMPH, or MPH pumps.

• 40RDP and 60RDP: please specify pre-2005 or 2005-current manufacture date so we send the correct O-rings and gasket.

• S8L models: seal configuration varies (some 25 HP units use a narrow-OD / slotted-seat seal) — confirm your build before ordering.
