Flygt 2151 Pump Repair Kit — Mechanical Seals & O-Ring Set

A direct-fit aftermarket repair kit for the Flygt 2151 submersible dewatering pump, replacing the primary seals serviced in routine maintenance and restoring leak-free operation. One kit covers the 2151.010 and the 3126.090 and 3126.180 — all three builds run the same 35mm upper and lower mechanical seal pair.

The Flygt 2151 is a BIBO-series submersible dewatering pump, 20 kW at 50 Hz and 22 kW / 30 hp at 60 Hz, supplied in LT, MT and HT head classes and run hard in sandy, abrasive water. The 3126 is the channel-impeller (C) and vortex (D) wastewater pump that shares the same seal pair. On both pumps grit cuts the lower seal face while heat and run hours take the upper, which is why the two are replaced together.

Nameplates read BS 2151 or BIBO BS 2151 on the dewatering pump, and C 3126, D 3126 or CP 3126 on the wastewater pump. Head classes are LT, MT and HT, with impeller curve codes 231, 232, 233, 234 and 241.

A note on the builds we do not cover: 2151.011 and 2151.050 take a different lower seal, and 3126.091, .181, .280 and .290 take a different seal set shared with the Flygt 3127. Call or text and we will supply the right one.
