    Flygt 3152 Pump Repair Kit — Seals, O-Rings & Optional Wear Parts

    Direct-fit aftermarket repair kit for the Flygt 3152 series. It replaces the primary sealing components serviced during routine maintenance and full rebuilds, restoring leak-free operation and cutting downtime. Flygt built the 3152 in several configurations, but they all share the same mechanical seals and O-ring set — so this one kit covers the whole 3152 family, from the .090 through the .350 chopper build.

    Choose Your Kit:

    • Standard kit — upper and lower mechanical seals plus the complete Buna-N O-ring set.

    • Standard kit + wear protector and slurry guard — adds the wear protector / lower seat holder and the lower rotary slurry guard. Recommended for a full rebuild, and for abrasive or solids-heavy service.

    • Upper mechanical seal: TC/TC/VIT — Tungsten Carbide / Tungsten Carbide / Viton (Flygt reference 640 63 30, Type M Active)

    • Lower mechanical seal: TC/TC/VIT — Tungsten Carbide / Tungsten Carbide / Viton (Flygt reference 384 00 09, Type S)

    • Complete O-ring set: Buna-N (Nitrile / NBR) — Flygt O-ring kit reference 80 32 35

    • Optional (second variant): wear protector / lower seat holder — Flygt reference 382 8

    • Optional (second variant): lower rotary slurry guard

    Flygt supplies these builds under three different basic repair kit numbers (601 89 18, 601 89 19 and 601 89 21), but those differ only in bearings and retaining rings. The mechanical seals, O-ring set and wear protector are identical across all of them, which is why a single sealing kit fits the entire series.

    Prefixes and codes you may see on the nameplate: CP, CS, CT, CZ for C-pumps in P, S, T and Z installations; FP, FS for F-pump chopper installations; LL for the L-pump. Head classes are LT (low head), MT (medium head), HT (high head) and SH (super high head), usually followed by an impeller curve code such as 432 or 616.
