Flygt 3300 Pump Repair Kit — Seals, O-Rings & Optional Gaskets

Direct-fit aftermarket repair kit for Flygt 3300 series pumps, built to replace the primary sealing components serviced during routine maintenance and rebuilds, restoring leak-free operation and reducing downtime. Fits across the 3300 series builds, which differ only by O-ring. Choose the standard kit, or add the gaskets.

• Repair Kit — upper and lower mechanical seals plus the complete O-ring set.

• Repair Kit + Gaskets — the same kit with the gasket set added (part numbers 646 59 00 and 384 79 00).

The Flygt 3300 is a large submersible channel impeller pump used in municipal and industrial wastewater, sewage, lift-station and treatment plant service, and in raw and clean water transfer. It is built in low head, medium head and high head versions with closed two-vane impellers available in cast iron or stainless steel.

Build prefixes and head codes you may see on the nameplate: CP, CT, CS, RP and LL, along with LT (low head), MT (medium head) and HT (high head). Impeller curve codes in the 452, 454, 460-468 and 641-648 ranges are also common on 3300 data plates.
