Direct-fit aftermarket repair kit for the Flygt BIBO BS 2125 dewatering pump, covering models 2125.050, 2125.051, 2125.180, 2125.181, 2125.220, 2125.320 and 2125.690. It includes the core sealing components replaced during routine maintenance and rebuilds, restoring leak-free performance and cutting downtime. Flygt uses two different O-ring sets across this series, so the O-ring kit is sold as a matched option.

The Flygt BIBO BS 2125 is an 8.0 kW submersible dewatering pump running at 2800 rpm, built to clear water out of places that flood — building yards and construction excavations, tunnels and shafts, quarries, cofferdams, and flooded basements and plant rooms. BIBO is Flygt’s dewatering line, and the 2125 is the mid-size workhorse in it: discharge from 3 inch to 6 inch, and a high chrome alloyed white cast iron impeller built to survive the sand, silt and grit that comes with pumping construction water, with a stainless steel impeller available for corrosive duty. That abrasive service is what kills seals — grit works the lower face while continuous running hours load the upper — which is why these pumps are rebuilt on a schedule rather than on failure. This Flygt 2125 repair kit replaces both mechanical seals, with the matched O-ring set for your build, so a scheduled rebuild puts the pump back to leak-free service in one pass.

Nameplate markings you may see: BS 2125 or BIBO BS 2125, followed by a head class — MT (medium head) or HT (high head) — and an impeller code such as 231 or 233.
