Liberty XLGH Pump Repair Kit — Seals & O-Ring Kit, Fits XLGH073A0740S2SBJA-3

The Liberty XLGH pump repair kit rebuilds the Liberty XLGH-Series grinder pump, model XLGH073A0740S2SBJA-3. Both mechanical seals and the O-ring kit in one box, so the pump goes back together with everything it needs. Built to OEM-equivalent standards or higher.

What’s Included

• 30mm Type 18 lower seal — Silicon Carbide / Silicon Carbide faces, Viton elastomer

• 35mm Type 17 upper seal — Carbon / Ceramic faces, for the oil chamber

• Complete O-ring kit for the rebuild

The lower seal is the one that lives in the sewage. We changed two things from the OEM kit, both so you get more life out of it. The lower seal — the one in the sewage, and the one that usually fails — gets silicon carbide on both faces instead of carbon. Harder faces, longer run before you’re back in there. The upper seal sits in the oil chamber, where silicon carbide wouldn’t last any longer than carbon/ceramic, so we use carbon/ceramic there and you pay less for it.
