Application

The AK1056-370/77G/C is a HOMA A-Series submersible sewage pump, and the seal pair is the part that ends the rebuild. Silicon carbide running against silicon carbide is the face combination for wastewater with grit in it — it survives the abrasive load that would groove a carbon face inside a season. Viton elastomers handle the temperature and the chemical exposure of municipal and industrial sump duty. The kit ships with every O-ring needed for the reassembly, so the pump goes back together in one pass instead of waiting on a second order.
