Flygt 3201 & 3170 Pump Repair Kit — Mechanical Seals, O-Rings & Optional Gaskets

Direct-fit aftermarket repair kit for Flygt C 3201 and C 3170 channel impeller pumps. It replaces the primary sealing components serviced during routine maintenance and full overhauls, restoring leak-free operation and cutting downtime. The 3201 and 3170 share the same seal and O-ring set across the standard builds, so one kit covers both families. Choose the standard kit, or add the wear protection ring and gaskets for a complete rebuild.

Choose Your Kit:

• Standard kit — upper and lower mechanical seals plus the complete Buna-N O-ring set.

• Standard kit + wear protection ring — adds the wear protection ring / lower seat holder, Flygt 382 83 00.

• Standard kit + wear protection ring + gaskets — adds gaskets 384 79 00 and 646 59 00. Recommended for a full rebuild.

• Upper mechanical seal: TC/TC/VIT — Tungsten Carbide / Tungsten Carbide / Viton (Flygt reference 683 14 31, Type M Active)

• Lower mechanical seal: TC/TC/VIT — Tungsten Carbide / Tungsten Carbide / Viton (Flygt reference 384 03 10, Type S)

• Complete O-ring set: Buna-N (Nitrile / NBR) — Flygt O-ring kit reference 80 32 79

• Optional: wear protection ring / lower seat holder — Flygt 382 83 00

• Optional: gaskets — Flygt 384 79 00 and 646 59 00

Build suffixes you may see on the nameplate: .180 standard, .091 Ex-proof (explosion proof) design, .280 stainless steel design, .290 stainless steel / Ex-proof design. Head classes are LT (low head), MT (medium head), HT (high head) and SH (super high head), and installation prefixes commonly read CP, CS, CT or CZ for P, S, T and Z installations.

Stainless builds: the 3201.280 and 3201.290 use a different O-ring set and are not covered by this kit. Call or text 561-414-1046 and we’ll source the correct one.
