This Berkeley TP series pump repair kit bundles the wear parts you replace at a standard seal service into one kit — the mechanical seal, shaft sleeve, and volute gasket. Built to OEM-equivalent standards or higher for a complete, correct reseal of your Berkeley Type B single-stage centrifugal pump.

What’s Included

• Mechanical seal —PS-185, 1-1/4″ Type 21 (Berkeley S32014), carbon/ceramic

• Shaft sleeve —Berkeley S19310 / S19310L, stainless steel, includes the S11207 retaining ring

• Housing gasket —Berkeley S04757, vellumoid, 6-5/8″ ID × 7-5/8″ OD

Applications

Built for the Berkeley Type B single-stage centrifugal pump seal service, 1-1/4″ seal size — TPMS, TPLS, and TPHS series (for example B1-1/2TPMS, B2TPM, B2-1/2TPMS, B3TPMS). Everything you need to reseal the wet end in one kit, instead of sourcing three parts separately.

Fits Berkeley Type B close-coupled single-stage centrifugal pumps:

– B2TPMS — 182JM to 213JM frames
– B2-1/2TPMS — 143JM to 215JM frames
– B3TPMS — 143JM to 215JM frames

Matching from a worn pump or a parts list? Confirm your pump model and frame from the nameplate before ordering. Two things to check: ZP-series models (ZPLS, ZPHS, ZPMS, WPS) use this same seal and sleeve but a different volute gasket (S05126), and larger Type B pumps built on the 1-3/4″ seal size take a different seal.
