The Flygt 3045 is a compact submersible pump at 1.2 kW on three-phase or 0.75 kW single-phase, built as a submersible sewage pump for small lift stations, building and basement drainage, pump chambers, package treatment plants and light industrial wastewater. The CP version runs a channel impeller in high-head duty; the DP and DF versions use a vortex hydraulic, which lets rag, fibre and solids pass straight through the volute instead of catching on the vane — the reason the 3045 turns up in septic, effluent and dirty-water service where a closed impeller would block. The impeller is polyamide PA66 on a stainless steel shaft, which keeps the pump light and corrosion-resistant but means the mechanical seals are what wear. The factory pairs a carbon upper seal with a silicon carbide lower — hard faces where the grit is, a lower-friction pairing where it runs in oil — and this kit supplies both along with the full O-ring set.

Nameplate prefixes you may see: CP (channel impeller), DP and DF (vortex), followed by a head class — MT (medium head) or HT (high head) — and an impeller curve code such as 230, 234, 250 or 252.
